Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Plain-English summary: go360 is a practitioner software platform for generating, reviewing and sharing wellness scan reports. It is not an emergency, diagnostic, prescribing, medical-device or clinical decision-making service. Practitioners remain responsible for their professional judgement, client consent, lawful use and the advice they give.

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of go360, the practitioner workspace, reporting tools, share links, paid report bundles, billing features, cookie preference tools and related services (“Platform”). The Platform is operated by ABEEBA LTD, trading as go360 (“go360”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Contact: support@go360.io.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, using the Platform, purchasing a subscription, generating a report, creating a share link, or receiving a shared report, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a clinic, company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Who may use the Platform

The Platform is intended primarily for wellness practitioners, clinics, health coaches, complementary health professionals, functional wellness providers and authorised team members. You must not use the Platform if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

4. Practitioner responsibility

5. Clients and report recipients

Clients or recipients may access reports through secure share links or paid bundle links created by a practitioner. Clients should understand that reports are informational wellness reports and should be interpreted with a suitably qualified practitioner.

6. Wellness and medical disclaimer

The Platform provides software-generated, practitioner-reviewed wellness information. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. It does not provide emergency care, medical advice, prescribing advice, or a substitute for consultation with a doctor or regulated healthcare professional.

Report outputs are decision-support materials only. Practitioners must apply their own professional judgement before sharing or acting on any output.

If a client has urgent, severe or worsening symptoms, they should seek urgent medical care or contact emergency services.

7. Accounts, security and social login

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, maintaining accurate account information and ensuring only authorised users access your account.

You may choose to authenticate using supported third-party identity providers such as Google or Microsoft. By using social login, you authorise us to receive and process account information necessary to authenticate and manage your account.

8. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Available plans, prices, trial periods and billing intervals are shown at checkout or within the billing area. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew automatically according to the plan selected.

Access to features such as report generation, share links, paid bundles, analytics and revenue tools may depend on subscription status.

9. Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal where available. Cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, particularly where digital access, report generation, storage or paid features have been made available. We may consider refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges, technical billing errors or exceptional circumstances.

Refunds for services, consultations, products or client-facing work provided by an independent practitioner are the responsibility of that practitioner or clinic, not go360, unless go360 is explicitly the seller of record.

10. Stripe Connect, practitioner payouts and platform fees

Where Stripe Connect is enabled, eligible practitioner payments may be routed to the practitioner’s connected Stripe account, less platform fees, Stripe fees or applicable adjustments. If a practitioner has not completed Stripe onboarding or their account is not ready, payments may be collected by the platform temporarily and marked for reconciliation.

11. Cookies and platform operation

The Platform uses essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, cookie preference storage, OAuth state checks, billing redirection and core platform operation. Optional cookies, where used, are controlled through the cookie banner and explained in our Cookie Policy.

12. Referral programme

Referral rewards are discretionary, non-transferable and may be modified, paused or withdrawn if we suspect misuse, self-referral, fraud, spam, abuse or breach of these Terms.

13. Data, uploads and generated outputs

You retain responsibility for information you upload and generated reports you create. You grant us permission to process uploaded data as needed to provide the Platform, generate reports, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, provide support, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

You must not upload information unless you have the necessary rights, permissions and consent to do so.

14. AI-assisted and automated outputs

The Platform may use algorithmic, rules-based or AI-assisted processes. Outputs may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable suggestions. Practitioners must review and approve outputs before use.

15. Acceptable use

16. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features to improve the Platform, maintain security, comply with law or manage commercial requirements.

17. Intellectual property

The Platform, templates, software, branding, workflows and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors. You may use generated reports for your practice and authorised client communications, subject to these Terms.

18. Confidentiality

Both parties should treat non-public business, technical, client and platform information as confidential and use it only for authorised purposes.

19. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Practitioners are responsible for determining their own data protection obligations to their clients.

20. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or compliance risks, misuse the Platform, or where required by law.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical decisions, practitioner interpretations, client outcomes, loss of profit, loss of business, indirect or consequential loss, or issues caused by third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, authentication providers or external diagnostic devices.

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
