1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. They help websites remember choices, maintain sessions and protect accounts.
2. How go360 uses cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, OAuth login, billing redirects, cookie preference storage and platform operation.
3. Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required for the Platform to work and cannot be disabled through the cookie banner.

| Billing and payment flow | Allow secure redirects to and from Stripe billing, checkout or portal pages. | Stripe operational cookies and go360 billing state. | Controlled by Stripe/go360 flow. |
4. Optional analytics cookies
We may later use optional analytics to understand aggregate usage, improve platform reliability and prioritise product improvements. These cookies are not required for the Platform to operate and should only run when you have accepted them.
At launch, go360 may operate without optional analytics cookies. If analytics are added, this policy should be updated with the provider, purpose and duration.
5. Third-party cookies and services
- Stripe for subscription billing, billing portal access, payment processing and Stripe Connect workflows.
- Google where Google OAuth social login is used.
- Microsoft where Microsoft OAuth social login is used.
- Hosting, monitoring and email providers for security, reliability and operational delivery.
6. Managing your cookie choices
You can choose “Accept all” or “Essential only” from the cookie banner. You can reset your choice by clearing browser storage for go360 or by using the button below.
7. Browser controls
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, billing, secure sharing or practitioner workspace features from working properly.
8. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, especially if we add optional analytics, marketing tools or additional third-party services.
